Sarakshi Netralaya is empanelled with almost all corporate and TPAs. To make a visit to Sarakshi Netralaya hassle free, please go through your respective corporate SOPs.

Guidelines for cashless facilities:

  • Photo ID of the patient (Adhar card/ PAN card/Voter ID card)
  • Identity card provided by TPA (Third Party Administration)
  • Employee ID number (for corporate policy)

Your case documents are forwarded to TPA after the decision for surgery. It takes a minimum of 6 to 8 hours to get approval from TPA. If any query arises, it may take more time. In the event of cashless approval, any co-payment required will be collected from the patient before surgery. Hospitals are not responsible for getting approval for surgery from TPA. The hospital's responsibility is only to forward the case document for IPD treatment. If TPAA decides to send approval or may ask you to opt for reimbursement if the approval is received, the patient will pay for the advised surgery and later claim reimbursement.

Guidelines for Corporate Facilities:

  • CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) following document are required for CGHS Pensioner:-
    • CGHS Card
    • Referral letter from the concerned dispensary
  • For CGHS servicers, patients have to pay according to CGHS rates and guidelines.
  • WCL, Railways, Ordnance Factory, CRPF, BSNL, AAI, follows rate & document as per CGHS.
  • Food Corporation of India (FCI), only the employee ID of the patient is required.

MJPJAY & PMJAY require the following documents:

  • Orange or Yellow ration card (Original)
  • Aadhar Card (Original)
  • Photo ID

With all the above documents, the case is registered. If the documents are registered in MJPJAY / PMJAY, we can forward the case documents and wait for the approval. Without approval, surgery cannot be done. (If a patient wants to go for surgery without waiting for approval, then they have the option to pay and do the surgery). Kindly note that in such cases, your payment is not entitled for reimbursement under MJPJAY & PMJAY. Patients who are not enrolled in MJPJAY/PMJAY have to pay for the same.
